summary: neil mooney is a depressed 19 year old boy who doesn't seem to have anything working out for him. he's forced to attend a university he doesn't want to attend just so he can get a useless computer science degree that'll only give him more student debt, and forced to live in a cruel world full of inherently selfish people (including himself). but one night, while he's sleeping, he gets caught up in a dream where he meets a strange girl wearing a bear onesie with a star on her cheek who only calls herself "big hug". when neil wakes up, he's confused, intrigued, and determined to know just who that girl in his dreams was. night after night, they see each other again, in dreams that are sometimes peaceful, sometimes surreal, and sometimes downright frightening. neil's desire to know more about big hug spills over into the waking world too, and the events that follow ultimately change his whole universe... | |
